It all started with Saul Vega, being handed a card and a company resume, Saul was so professional, very knowledgeable and spending the time to explain everything that was going to be done, which took over 1/2 hr. I also had one sprinkler valve that was leaking a little bit that was replaced a couple of days earlier and he fixed that after the estimate, which just shows that the company goes above and beyond to make sure that a possible customer is taken care of.
I had called a big company that I have seen advertising on TV and in the mail for an estimate, and I felt from the time I answered the door that he had way better things to do, then to be here giving me an estimate. I had to ask him things that Saul explained to me, which I should have not had to ask, so he was here about 10 mins and that include writing the estimate.
I am very happy to say, that I call you back and I got Juan Ruiz and his crew that came out. They are very professional, hard working and polite crew. Juan and his crew did an awesome job! I would have this crew back anytime and would also refer them to anyone I know that needs work done! Thank you all !
